Meeting Minutes
November 11, 2009

Present: Alex P, Heather K., Seth D. Chris P., Dave F., Dave S., Melissa A., Tina A., Alan F., Melissa G., Mike M., Chad K., Art C. 

Pool Sessions:

• Nora will coordinate kayak polo to occur at pool sessions.

Canoe U:

• Chad asked for a volunteer for the newly proposed fundamentals class.  Alex P. agreed to take on the challenge.   This means we might need to extend the pool session season further into the spring.  Alex and Chad will coordinate on this.
• Alan said PayPal should be ready for students to use when enrolling.

Treasury Report:

• Alan asked for instructors to send ACA dues reimbursement requests to him
• Insurance paperwork is all set
• We all gave 3 cheers for Alan

Elections:

• President:  Jeremiah A.
• Vice President: Melissa G. (The only contested position of the night.  Melissa handily beats Tina for this coveted position.
• Secretary: Seth D.
• Treasurer: Alan
• Marketing: Marie/Lynn
• Web Administrator: Dave F.
• Safety/Education: Art C.
• Member-at-Large 1: Tina A.
• Member-at-Large 2: Alex P.
